Helping you decide

Lights, Camera, Action- New Series of Political Videos to help you decide for Local Elections 2024

At See Her Elected we encourage women to engage in the political arena through a series of workshops and practical support. As part of that ongoing support we have worked with the political parties and Independents to create a series of videos which are available here on our website in a bid to help women decide which political party or none they should run for in the Local Elections 2024 and this is another example of the type of practical support we offer women.

This series of videos (in no particular order) from various political parties should help you to decide whether to run for a party or be an Independent or community candidate for the forthcoming local elections. You decide!

Fianna Fáil

Sinn Féin

Social Democrats

'Meet The Women of SHESchool' & Learn More About the Work of See Her Elected

This video features women from our award winning online and FREE SHESchool who want to get involved in politics to make a difference in #LocalElections2024. The video features interviews with Marian Maloney from Knocknacarra in County Galway, Megan Flynn Dixon in Craughwell and Roseann Dunne from Spiddal. Click on the video to learn more about how these women benefited from the workshops in SHESchool and their plans for 2024.
We were also delighted to commission the Rabbit's Riot Theatre Company in County Leitrim to make a short film about the work of See Her Elected. This film entitled 'The Streetlamp' captures the essence of what See Her Elected is about, what it means to be an active citizen and how you can become more politically engaged in your local community. Enjoy!
